β’ Collaborate closely with Operations and Maintenance to enhance RNG performance by creating enterprise standards for operation, maintenance, commissioning, critical spare parts, preventive maintenance, operating procedures, and asset documentation.
β’ Establish and monitor performance metrics and benchmarks across all operating facilities, detecting trends and disseminating best practices throughout the organization.
β’ Formulate the long-term roadmap for gas asset performance, which includes lifecycle planning, equipment standardization, technology selection, and recommendations for capital improvements.
β’ Lead root cause analyses for significant production losses and equipment failures, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to implement lasting corrective actions and hold vendors accountable for performance, warranty, and service quality.
β’ Oversee external engineering resources supporting operational facilities, ensuring that work is accurately scoped, technically sound, and in alignment with Divert's enterprise standards.
β’ Assess emerging technologies and industry best practices, proposing investments that enhance asset performance, lower lifecycle costs, and improve operational flexibility.
