This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +3 more states.
• Provide strategic and operational guidance to project management teams engaged in Feasibility and Site Activation (FSA) delivery.
• Direct activities related to site start-up and activation, ensuring adherence to quality, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
• Lead FSA project management teams to successfully execute feasibility and site activation tasks on schedule, within scope, and up to quality and compliance standards.
• Oversee planning at the portfolio and program levels, including risk management and mitigation strategies to facilitate successful study initiation.
• Drive the adoption of standardized project management methodologies, tools, and best practices across FSA initiatives.
• Collaborate with business development, clinical operations, and functional leaders to support bid defenses, proposals, and client interactions.
• Monitor operational performance metrics, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives throughout FSA project delivery.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for FSA Project Managers.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in clinical research with a strong emphasis on feasibility, site activation, and project or program management.
• Proven success in leading high-performing project teams and managing complex, global portfolios within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or similar environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Capability to translate data and insights into actionable operational plans.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in engaging with customers and senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process optimization, manage change, and achieve results in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 20% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
• Advanced degree or project management certification is preferred.
