This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the creation and implementation of services in the following domains:
• - Act as the main relationship manager for 3–5+ Private Equity sponsors, responsible for origination, growth, and account strategy across SaaS portfolio companies.
• - Provide guidance to CFOs and CEOs on FP&A operational rhythms, capital efficiency, and board-level narratives concerning growth, retention, and cash flow.
• - Standardize SaaS-specific KPIs and modeling frameworks, encompassing ARR waterfalls, net/gross retention, CAC payback, LTV/CAC, and NRR bridges.
• - Execute driver-based planning and rolling forecasts linked to bookings, headcount, capacity, and product economics.
• - Supervise the creation of board-ready reporting packages and 13-week cash flow forecasts.
• - Advise clients on the practical sequencing of systems and tools including Adaptive, Anaplan, Workday, NetSuite, Intacct, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
• - Further develop and institutionalize SaaS FP&A playbooks and cohort economics across various engagements.
• Serve as a pivotal leader in the Practice Equity practice by:
• - Managing multiple concurrent delivery teams, ensuring quality assurance, risk management, and target margin performance.
• - Integrating firm-approved AI tools to expedite diagnostics, variance analysis, and narrative creation in compliance with data protection and IP regulations.
• - Keep abreast of emerging AI techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities for enhancing client solutions and internal processes.
• - Recruit, mentor, and advance top talent.
• - Guide team members through continuous feedback, resolving complex issues, and supporting their career advancement.
• - Share insights, speak at PE portfolio forums, and lead benchmarking initiatives that enhance market visibility.
• - Develop new service offerings and delivery methods aligned with sponsor requirements.
• - Take ownership of personal origination and sales objectives; manage pipeline and contribute to firm growth.
• Over 10 years of experience in SaaS FP&A with exposure to Private Equity and board-level interactions.
• Proven success in owning annual origination and expansion goals.
• Expertise in SaaS KPIs and CFO operational rhythms.
• Experience in leading multiple workstream programs across several portfolio companies simultaneously.
• Exceptional executive communication skills, capable of delivering concise, data-driven materials to C-suite and boards.
• Familiarity with Adaptive, Anaplan, NetSuite, Intacct, Alteryx, Power Query, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Strong background in collaboration with Data & Analytics to produce outputs and deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to improve productivity and innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%; travel frequency varies based on client preferences.
