This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee the integration and examination of financial and operational data across various business units, regions, and corporate functions, pinpointing trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the VP of FP&A to spearhead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, long-term planning, and scenario modeling processes.
• Create and refine uniform KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and reporting standards that link financial outcomes to core business drivers.
• Produce executive-ready financial presentations and materials for the Board, translating performance data into clear, concise, and actionable narratives.
• Act as a reliable strategic partner to Finance leadership and cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Operations, R&D, Corporate Functions, and regional finance, on strategic initiatives, investments, and business cases.
• Propel continuous enhancement in FP&A processes, reporting frequency, automation, data quality, and scalability in collaboration with Finance Transformation, Data, and IT teams.
• Team up with the VP of FP&A, Finance leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to foster sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
• Prepare materials for executive leadership and Board meetings that align with financial performance, strategic priorities, and future-oriented plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial leadership roles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and data-driven performance management.
• Capability to distill complex financial and operational data into compelling insights for executive and Board-level audiences.
• Experience working in a highly cross-functional, multi-region, or global business environment.
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-influencing abilities.
• Skill in fostering alignment among senior leadership.
• MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced credential is preferred.
