📋 Description

• The FP&A team, reporting to the Business Unit Finance Lead Director, will deliver financial leadership and support for the designated PAQ business.

• The Director of FP&A Engagement Solutions will assist with the month-end closing process, budgeting, forecasting, and actively report on crucial Engagement Solutions KPIs while also supporting special projects.

• This role will collaborate with the Business Unit Finance Lead, as well as the broader PAQ and Corporate Finance teams and stakeholders, to harmonize processes, systems, and reporting across the Business Unit, providing recommendations for efficiency improvements where applicable.

• The Director will work alongside Business Unit leadership teams, aiding the Finance Lead in assessing strategic priorities and business goals.

• Collaborate with the VP of Finance and business unit leaders to enhance financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for assigned PAQ business sectors.

• Assist in the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for assigned business areas, integrating business inputs, operational assumptions, risks, opportunities, and suggested actions.

• Prepare and review monthly financial outcomes, variance analyses, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting packages to clarify performance against budgets, forecasts, and previous periods.

• Recognize and communicate key business drivers, risks, and opportunities that could influence revenue, margins, EBITDA, staffing, utilization, and operational performance.

• Provide financial and analytical support for business decisions, such as staffing plans, investment needs, pricing strategies, project performance, and profitability assessments.

• Collaborate with Accounting, Client Finance, FP&A colleagues, and business partners to enhance reporting accuracy, clarify financial results, and ensure timely month-end closures and forecast updates.

• Promote the standardization of finance processes, reporting tools, templates, dashboards, and operating metrics across assigned business areas.

• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and support special projects as required, translating findings into clear recommendations for the VP of Finance and business stakeholders.

• Manage, mentor, and develop finance team members by establishing priorities, reviewing deliverables, providing feedback, and promoting continuous improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree with a focus on accounting, finance, or business.

• A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience.

• An equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience that equips the individual with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to fulfill the role.

• A commercially oriented mindset with intellectual curiosity, capable of translating intricate financial data into clear, persuasive business insights.

• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, BI dashboards, and ERP system access.

• Strong skills in time management, prioritization, and organization.

• Comfortable functioning in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environment.

• Proven critical thinking, analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage complex reporting requirements, tight deadlines, and competing priorities.

• Significant experience collaborating with senior leadership and business stakeholders.

• Ability to distill large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Willingness to operate both as a leader and a hands-on contributor, ensuring deliverables are completed with quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

• A trusted team player who earns credibility through business partnerships, execution, follow-through, and measurable outcomes.
