Director, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the company's budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis, encompassing reporting, process enhancement, and simplification.

• Spearhead monthly and quarterly business reviews while crafting performance narratives aimed at executives.

• Showcase financial and operational results to the leadership team, aiding strategic decision-making, capital allocation, and ROI assessment.

• Collaborate with department leaders on planning assumptions, FP&A alignment, analysis, and ad hoc reporting.

• Examine complex data across various business segments and convey clear insights to stakeholders.

• Conduct monthly financial analysis on essential metrics and financial drivers.

• Assist in preparing presentation materials for executive meetings.

• Address ad hoc and routine requests to enhance corporate performance and decision-making.

• Guide financial due diligence and internal financial reporting, translating findings into recommendations for executives.

• Manage FP&A systems and reporting infrastructure, identifying areas for automation, tooling, and process redesign.

• Ensure that financial process controls and discipline are in harmony with financial accounting.

• Establish standards for company-wide financial performance reporting and analysis, including P&L variance and CapEx.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of increasing senior FP&A experience.

• Strong capabilities in finance analysis, modeling, and decision-making.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities.

• High proficiency in financial accounting and GAAP.

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Looker, Salesforce, Intacct, Pigment, or other planning software.

• Must reside remotely in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.
