This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Act as a senior scientific resource for SKE Program Associates.
• Offer expert guidance, methodological direction, and ensure quality assurance.
• Create and revise summaries of scientific knowledge.
• Consult and collaborate with external scientific experts and researchers.
• Maintain and oversee knowledge and expertise databases.
• Assist in providing scientific insights, review, and editorial support for APA materials.
• Provide guidance, consultation, and training to staff as required.
• Participate in a wide range of additional activities as designated.
• A Master’s Degree in psychology is required.
• A Ph.D. in psychology is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of the psychological science literature covering multiple theories and methodologies.
• Proficient in information gathering and research in the digital era.
• Capable of resolving problems of considerable variety and complexity.
• Ability to function independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Proven success in a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office, Internet, and AI-assisted search tools.
• Advanced user of research databases, including PsycINFO.
