Director, Finance Transformation – P2P

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the Global Process Owner (GPO) for the comprehensive P2P process.

• Establish global P2P process standards, policies, and governance frameworks.

• Promote process standardization and simplification throughout business units.

• Offer leadership and oversight for the Accounts Payable, Supplier Master Data, Expense Reporting, and Expense Audit teams within GBS.

• Guarantee robust internal controls, adherence to company policies, and audit preparedness across all P2P processes.

• Assume a leadership position in the enterprise implementation of Coupa.

• Spearhead enterprise-wide GBS transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, or Global Business Services.

• More than 3 years of leadership experience overseeing teams or leading enterprise initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay or Source-to-Pay processes.

• Proven ability to facilitate change within a matrixed organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.

• Preferred experience with Coupa or other Source-to-Pay platforms.

• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement.

• Experience within high-growth or acquisitive organizations.
