This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and expand comprehensive enablement programs—from initial onboarding to advanced value selling strategies.
• Ensure that Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Channel Partners are prepared to effectively communicate Rubrik’s Zero Trust Data Security and AI-driven resilience value propositions.
• Adapt global enablement initiatives to achieve regional success.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to Americas Regional Directors, aligning enablement KPIs with regional revenue goals.
• Perform ongoing assessments of the sales team’s skills and performance.
• Over 10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership within a rapidly growing SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
• At least 3 years of experience leading, mentoring, or enabling high-performing remote sales teams across the Americas.
• Strong understanding of the North American sales landscape and the competitive cybersecurity market.
• Expertise in Salesforce, CMS platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic), and contemporary LMS platforms.
