This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide, mentor, and cultivate a team of Field Enablement & Adoption leaders, establishing high expectations for technical proficiency, field credibility, and execution rigor.
• Develop strong capabilities within the team focused on workflow-first enablement, AI-assisted experiences, role-specific learning, and reinforcement strategies.
• Take ownership of designing and implementing field readiness and adoption strategies for new tools, workflows, and AI-enabled functionalities.
• Provide structured and scalable enablement programs (e.g., learning series, role-specific training sessions, office hours, sandbox environments).
• Ensure that field teams can practice new workflows and tools in realistic settings prior to their live usage.
• Introduce AI-enabled workflows (e.g., copilots, automation, guided decision support) with clear objectives, guardrails, and considerations for trust and usability.
• Convert emerging digital and AI capabilities into practical experiences that build confidence in the field.
• Establish and monitor adoption and readiness indicators (usage patterns, confidence metrics, friction points).
• Create feedback mechanisms with the field to pinpoint where enablement, workflow alignment, or reinforcement requires modifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Field Intake and Business Requirements, Experimentation and Pilots, and Enterprise Delivery.
• A bachelor's degree is necessary from a four-year college or university; a background in STEM, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar technical field is highly preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in digital enablement, workflow transformation, product adoption, or execution-oriented roles within complex, matrixed organizations, particularly in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership, including building and nurturing high-credibility, field-facing teams.
• Strong technical proficiency with modern digital tools, workflow platforms, and AI-assisted experiences.
• Proven ability to translate technology into tangible changes in work processes.
• Exceptional stakeholder leadership and communication abilities, with a track record of driving adoption amidst ongoing change.
