This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Field Enablement & Adoption leaders while establishing high standards for technical proficiency, field credibility, and execution discipline.
β’ Cultivate extensive capabilities within the team focusing on workflow-first enablement, AI-assisted experiences, role-specific learning, and reinforcement strategies.
β’ Take ownership of designing and implementing field readiness and adoption strategies for new tools, workflows, and AI-enabled features.
β’ Provide structured and scalable enablement programs (e.g., learning series, role-based training, office hours, sandbox environments).
β’ Ensure field teams can practice new workflows and tools in realistic settings prior to their live use.
β’ Introduce AI-enabled workflows (e.g., copilots, automation, guided decision support) with clear objectives, safeguards, and considerations for trust and usability.
β’ Convert emerging digital and AI capabilities into practical, confidence-building experiences for the field.
β’ Define and monitor adoption and readiness signals (usage patterns, confidence indicators, friction points).
β’ Create feedback mechanisms with the field to pinpoint where enablement, workflow alignment, or reinforcement may need adjustments.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Field Intake and Business Requirements, Experimentation and Pilots, and Enterprise Delivery.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree from a 4-year college or university is required; a STEM, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar technical background is strongly preferred.
β’ More than 8 years of experience in digital enablement, workflow transformation, product adoption, or execution-focused roles within complex, matrixed organizations, including pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured sectors.
β’ Proven experience in people leadership, including the ability to build and nurture high-credibility, field-facing teams.
β’ Strong technical fluency with modern digital tools, workflow platforms, and AI-assisted experiences.
β’ Demonstrated ability to translate technology into practical changes in work processes.
β’ Excellent skills in stakeholder leadership and communication, with the capability to drive adoption amidst ongoing change.
