This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the creation of materials and strategic narratives for the Human Capital and Compensation Committee (HCCC).
• Take ownership of writing the Compensation Discussion and Analysis (CD&A) for the annual proxy statement.
• Develop and manage executive short-term and long-term incentive plans (including PSU and RSU programs).
• Maintain the relationship with our external compensation consultant.
• Collaborate with Executive Recruiting to formulate competitive offer packages for VP+ external hires.
• Lead, mentor, and foster the development of other team members, enhancing their expertise and business acumen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline; Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least twelve (12) years of experience in compensation management, including a minimum of three (3) years in a leadership position.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, market analysis, and regulatory obligations.
• Proven track record of analyzing data and making strategic decisions based on insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
