⢠Prominence is in search of a Director, Epic Revenue Cycle who will function as a senior-level advisor and hands-on leader across various client engagements. This position is perfect for an individual who is both a builder and an operatorāsomeone who excels in the nuances of execution, enjoys collaborating closely with clients, and possesses extensive knowledge in Epic Revenue Cycle. **This is a client-facing, delivery-oriented role where you will spearhead high-impact engagements while shaping the future direction of Prominenceās Revenue Cycle practice. You will act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, drive significant financial and operational outcomes, and aid in the development of scalable offerings over time.**

⢠**Client Delivery & Execution**
⢠- Lead and actively engage in Epic Revenue Cycle projects, including optimization, implementation support, and performance enhancement initiatives.
⢠- Function as a hands-on advisor, collaborating closely with client stakeholders to address intricate revenue cycle challenges across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end workflows.
⢠- Provide high-quality, actionable insights that enhance financial results, operational efficiency, and end-user engagement.
⢠- Ensure successful project execution, encompassing scope management, issue resolution, and the delivery of measurable outcomes.
⢠**Client Relationship Management**
⢠- Cultivate robust, trust-based relationships with client leaders, serving as a go-to resource for Revenue Cycle strategy and execution.
⢠- Collaborate with Customer Success and Account teams to sustain account health and identify avenues for ongoing impact.
⢠- Assist in sales and scoping efforts by offering subject matter expertise, solution design, and effort estimation.
⢠**Practice Development**
⢠- Contribute to the advancement of Prominenceās Epic Revenue Cycle offerings, including the creation of methodologies, tools, and best practices.
⢠- Recognize emerging client requirements and market trends to help shape future service lines and growth opportunities.
⢠- Play a pivotal role in establishing the foundation for a scalable Revenue Cycle practice over time.
⢠**Team & Culture Contribution**
⢠- Mentor and support consultants and managers across engagements, promoting a culture of learning and delivery excellence.
⢠- Exemplify Prominenceās values through collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
⢠- Participate in internal initiatives that enhance team capabilities, knowledge sharing, and delivery consistency.
⢠- Over 8 years of experience in healthcare consulting or provider operations, with extensive expertise in Epic Revenue Cycle (e.g., Resolute Professional/Hospital Billing, Cadence, Prelude, etc.)
⢠- A proven history of hands-on delivery in client-facing roles, demonstrating the ability to both lead and execute
⢠- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle operations, financial performance drivers, and optimization strategies
⢠- Experience in building relationships with client stakeholders and influencing decision-making processes
⢠- Capability to balance strategic thinking with meticulous execution
⢠- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
⢠Physical and Medical Standards: Must be able to sit or stand at a computer and work independently.
