This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Epic Install Analyst team responsible for system construction, configuration, testing, and delivery within a range of implementations.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Install Project Management to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, resources, and execution.
• Propel the organization’s installation strategy by converting enterprise priorities into scalable, process-oriented technical execution.
• Ensure installations are aligned with member-specific objectives and contribute to long-term success.
• Guarantee go-live readiness through structured validation, testing, and quality assurance processes.
• Implement robust change control governance to ensure completion of builds.
• Define and take ownership of member success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor and enhance performance outcomes post-installation.
• Ensure full member preparedness prior to go-live.
• Lead successful go-lives and facilitate rapid stabilization.
• Collaborate across various teams to ensure seamless delivery and operational continuity.
• Provide strategic leadership and guidance on Epic systems at the enterprise level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in Epic implementation, build leadership, or healthcare IT delivery.
• A minimum of 5 years of management or leadership experience.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale, multi-site Epic implementations or installation portfolios.
• Extensive knowledge in Epic build, workflows, and the complete implementation lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience in driving organizational readiness, user adoption, and stabilization after go-live.
• Change management skills: The ability to manage, motivate, and lead through periods of change.
