This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Lead the shift from software licensing to solution-based selling across a diverse product portfolio.
β’ Establish and maintain a structured forecasting and pipeline rhythm.
β’ Create initiatives that generate new pipeline opportunities and expedite deal closures.
β’ Act as a trusted voice for the vertical, influencing decisions related to products, partnerships, and marketing strategies.
β’ Manage executive relationships within a substantial portion of the business portfolio.
β’ Oversee a multi-tiered field team consisting of 4 AVPs and a broad range of supporting resources.
β’ Take charge of go-to-market strategy and execution, ensuring coordination among product, partner, and market functions.
β’ Engage with C-suite executives across Marketing, Technology, and Operations sectors.
β’ 10β15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, management consulting, or strategic roles within the High Tech industry.
β’ Proven track record of influencing client perspectives rather than merely addressing their expressed needs.
β’ Demonstrated capacity to cultivate and enhance strong sales talent.
β’ Strong analytical skills and forecasting discipline; adept at presenting across all organizational levels.
β’ Engineering background is preferred; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
β’ Experience in technical sales, product strategy, or consulting serves as a differentiator.
