This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee all sales operations within a designated district for Enterprise Sales.
• Achieve sales objectives and stimulate revenue expansion.
• Supervise field Account Executives and monitor team performance.
• Cultivate new business relationships with current clients and acquire new clients from a specified account list.
• Present SHI's cutting-edge solutions and exceptional support to targeted customers.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives.
• Lead, coach, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities utilizing market insights and competitive analysis.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage sales budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Track sales metrics and evaluate performance data.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on sales strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Promote innovation and ongoing enhancements in sales processes.
• Report on sales performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
• Allocate 50% or more of the time outside the office engaging with existing and potential customers, identifying opportunities, networking, and following up on leads.
• A completed Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
• 7-10 years of experience in Sales or a related functional area.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role is required.
• Proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook at an expert level.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Willingness to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Capacity to travel to customer sites within the assigned territory.
• Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision and guidance.
