This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Formulate and implement a detailed regional sales strategy
• Recruit, manage, guide, and mentor a team of Account Executives
• Maintain and enhance key relationships with regional customers
• Direct regional deal strategy and account planning initiatives
• Foster a channel-first sales approach
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize the regional go-to-market strategy
• Offer insights into regional market trends and customer needs
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on sales management experience
• Proven track record of successfully closing complex deals and navigating multi-year sales cycles
• Established capability to recruit, nurture, and retain top-performing sales professionals
• Strong background in working with a strategic channel ecosystem
• Proficiency in accurate forecasting and pipeline assessment
• Capability to analyze and interpret regional sales performance metrics
