📋 Description

• Spearhead the governance strategy for enterprise change, including policy formulation and operational management.

• Develop and enhance comprehensive change management frameworks, standards, and controls across the enterprise.

• Manage the operations of the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and executive forums for change governance.

• Ensure compliance of all production and operational changes with risk, security, audit, and regulatory standards.

• Promote governance modernization in accordance with Agile, DevOps, and cloud delivery methodologies.

• Direct enterprise build management across various technology platforms and business sectors.

• Supervise deployment orchestration, environment administration, and readiness for rollback processes.

• Enhance deployment speed while ensuring platform stability and operational resilience.

• Coordinate large-scale deployments involving cross-functional technology and business teams.

• Propel initiatives aimed at operational maturity focusing on scalability, automation, resilience, and optimization of delivery.

• Lead continuous improvement programs aimed at minimizing failed changes, operational incidents, and deployment risks.

• Create enterprise metrics and dashboards that track release quality, change success rates, deployment frequency, and operational health.

• Assist in cloud transformation, platform modernization, and optimization of enterprise delivery initiatives.

• Build and manage high-performing teams within the enterprise change and build management sectors.

• Influence senior leaders and stakeholders in complex, matrixed enterprise environments.

• Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, operational discipline, and ongoing improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise technology operations, change management, release management, or build management.

• More than 7 years of leadership experience overseeing enterprise-scale operational or transformation teams.

• Extensive expertise in: enterprise change governance, build and release management, DevOps and CI/CD operating models, ITIL service management practices, operational risk and compliance frameworks, and cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments.

• Experience in leading intricate enterprise transformation and modernization projects.

• Strong skills in executive communication, organizational leadership, and stakeholder management.

• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large-scale cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
