This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Design and implement a strategic growth plan aimed at attracting large U.S. enterprise brands that possess significant budgets for media, creative, commerce, and marketing analytics.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with Fortune 1000 companies as well as well-known consumer and enterprise brands.
• Utilize existing relationships within brand marketing teams, procurement departments, agency networks, and industry collaborators to create qualified opportunities and boost revenue growth.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities that meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Lead consultative sales processes that emphasize integrated marketing solutions, including media strategy and activation, creative services, commerce marketing, retail media, analytics, customer acquisition, and performance marketing.
• Act as the primary commercial contact throughout the entire sales process, encompassing prospecting, discovery, pitch development, contract negotiations, and onboarding.
• Work closely with internal leaders, strategy, media, creative, analytics, commerce, and technology teams to craft tailored enterprise solutions and engaging new business presentations.
• Represent Mindgruve at key industry conferences, executive networking events, agency evaluations, and enterprise marketing initiatives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends in media, commerce, AI, data, analytics, retail media, and marketing technology to proactively pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Ensure that proposed engagements align with operational capabilities, profitability goals, and long-term client success objectives.
• Provide accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and market intelligence updates to executive leadership.
• 10–12+ years of experience in enterprise business development, agency sales, or strategic partnerships within the advertising, media, marketing, or marketing technology sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar new business or growth role at a large independent agency or holding company agency.
• Proven success in securing large-scale enterprise accounts and integrated agency relationships with prominent U.S. brands.
• Experience working with or selling in conjunction with AI-driven marketing or data intelligence platforms is preferred.
• Established relationships with major U.S. consumer brand marketers in the retail, CPG, financial services, and technology industries.
• Experience leading or participating in formal agency pitch processes for accounts valued at $10M or more.
• Strong network of senior-level marketing, media, commerce, analytics, procurement, and agency decision-makers.
• In-depth knowledge of the contemporary media, creative, commerce, retail media, analytics, and performance marketing landscape.
• Outstanding consultative selling, presentation, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to effectively engage with C-suite and senior marketing leadership.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, highly motivated, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to flourish in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Capability to integrate media, creative, commerce, and data into cohesive business solutions.
• Solid commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close new business deals.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, delivery, and technical teams.
