Director, Energy & Utilities Cloud – Agentforce Adoption & Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Define and spearhead the adoption strategy for Agentforce among E&U Cloud clients — encompassing the entire process from identifying initial use cases to deployment and realization of value.

• Create and showcase Agentforce solutions customized for utility business scenarios, including customer service automation, field workforce empowerment, outage management, billing inquiries, and energy advisory services.

• Develop and maintain a repository of Agentforce reference implementations, demonstrations, and playbooks specifically tailored for the E&U sector.

• Facilitate executive and technical workshops with clients to pinpoint where autonomous agents can deliver the most significant business value.

• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to integrate real-world E&U adoption insights into the Agentforce roadmap for E&U.

• Create enablement materials to assist customers, partners, and internal teams in building and deploying agents on E&U Cloud on Core.

• Act as the primary expert for Agentforce in E&U across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services.

• Serve as the leading technical authority on E&U Cloud on Core implementations, guiding customers from solution design to go-live.

• Develop and advocate for implementation playbooks and delivery accelerators for core E&U scenarios, including billing, field service, customer engagement, and EPC/CPQ.

• Work directly with GTM, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services to support both pre-sales and post-sales customer experiences.

• Assist customers in understanding the practical implications of Headless API architectures — illustrating how decoupled front-ends provide omni-channel flexibility, quicker time-to-market, and cleaner integrations.

• Guide clients in designing and adopting headless patterns on E&U Cloud on Core.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure that headless capabilities align with real-world utility implementation requirements.

• Act as the product and implementation expert during customer-facing discussions at the Director level.

• Engage with customers, partners, ISVs, SEs, and Professional Services teams to identify adoption challenges and foster successful outcomes.

• Represent Salesforce at industry events, executive briefings, and partner forums as a thought leader in E&U Cloud and Agentforce.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise software, with extensive expertise in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity / E&U Cloud).

• Proven hands-on implementation experience, preferably from Professional Services or Solutions Engineering, with a strong focus on the E&U vertical.

• A demonstrated history of designing, building, or deploying AI agent or automation solutions within enterprise or industry cloud environments.

• Strong comprehension of E&U Cloud on Core data models, OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors), and business process libraries.

• Capability to clearly communicate the value propositions of Agentforce and Headless API to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven ability to lead discussions with executive-level customers on complex technical subjects with clarity and authority.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, align stakeholders, and drive results.
