This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage daily relationships with TVOD, AVOD/FAST, SVOD, and non-theatrical platform partners.
• Regularly engage with platform partners (both in-person and virtually) to present content, enhance visibility, and increase revenue.
• Propose new release titles, negotiate editorial placements, and secure promotional opportunities with robust platform support.
• Submit and oversee availability across various distribution platforms.
• Monitor and analyze title performance utilizing platform portals and reporting tools (e.g., Slate, iTunes Connect).
• Examine transaction data around significant promotional periods and provide actionable insights.
• Create performance summaries for partner meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and annual assessments.
• Assist with ongoing platform analysis and identify new opportunities for business development.
• Collaborate closely with Content Acquisitions to evaluate expiring contracts and recommend strategies for renewal or termination.
• Work alongside Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams on title submissions, promotional alignment, and revenue reconciliation.
• Manage promotional requests and coordinate the editorial calendar in collaboration with internal stakeholders and an international team member.
• Lead the preparation for partner calls, including agendas, performance insights, and follow-up communications.
• 5+ years of experience in digital distribution, content licensing, or platform partnerships within the entertainment or media sector.
• Must reside in Los Angeles and attend monthly in-person meetings with platform partners.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with major digital platforms and managing availability workflows.
• Strong network within TVOD, AVOD/FAST, and SVOD ecosystems.
• Proficient in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Monday.com, Airtable, and Rightsline.
• Practical experience with platform tools like Slate and iTunes Connect.
• Revenue-focused mindset with a proactive and assertive approach to growth.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with confidence in partner-facing environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to convert data into clear business insights.
