• Take ownership of the digital product vision and roadmap for CrowdStrike.com, converting business goals and buyer insights into a prioritized list of experience enhancements, personalization features, and conversion improvements.
• Oversee the Digital Product division, which includes product management, UX design, and search and AI discoverability functions.
• Establish and manage the experience architecture that guides how prospects and customers navigate CrowdStrike's digital platforms from initial awareness to trial and purchase.
• Develop and manage the journey orchestration strategy in collaboration with Marketing Technology, facilitating the shift from a static content site to a dynamic, personalized buying journey.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Digital Intelligence, and Engineering to ensure the digital product roadmap is data-driven, technically feasible, and aligned with pipeline results.
• Implement product management practices across the digital organization, including intake governance, roadmap prioritization, sprint scheduling, and stakeholder alignment.
• Spearhead the creation of Falcon Guide, CrowdStrike's AI-enabled digital advisor, from initial concept to phased execution.
• Over 10 years of experience in digital product management, with a proven history of managing complex digital experiences at scale.
• Demonstrated success in developing AI-driven or personalization-focused digital experience systems.
• In-depth knowledge of the buying journey and the experience design principles that expedite it.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams, including product managers, UX designers, and technical SEO or discoverability specialists.
• Strong understanding of the technical architecture that supports modern web experience delivery, including headless CMS, personalization engines, journey orchestration platforms, and analytics infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex product strategies into clear business outcomes for senior leadership.
• Bonus Points: Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Target, CJA, or AJO.
• Background in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or other complex B2B buying environments.
• Experience in building or scaling a Product-Led Growth (PLG) or trial-to-paid digital motion.
• Familiarity with AEO, GEO, or LLM-driven search optimization as a product discipline.
