• Recruit, nurture, and maintain a high-performing team of Account Executives.

• Develop and implement the Commercial / Digital Native playbook.

• Manage pipeline integrity and forecasting for the mid-market segment.

• Collaborate across functions with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience in the B2B SaaS sector.

• 4 to 5+ years of experience as a technical sales individual contributor.

• Proven track record in expanding and scaling sales teams.

• Strong connections with skilled sales professionals.

• Demonstrated history of surpassing sales quotas.

• Outstanding coaching abilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
