This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute comprehensive multi-channel digital fundraising strategies, which encompass email campaigns, social media fundraising, online advertisements, and the optimization of donation landing pages to achieve revenue goals.
• Ensure that fundraising initiatives and donor communications are consistent with Vibrant’s brand voice, messaging framework, and organizational positioning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to perform audience modeling across social media platforms and online giving channels.
• Oversee external vendors by setting up robust contracts with defined KPIs, ensuring ongoing communication for brand consistency, and independently monitoring campaign ROI.
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure that fundraising efforts are in sync with wider organizational campaigns, audience engagement initiatives, and content priorities.
• Partner with the Marketing & Communications team on marketing, digital, and creative efforts to align fundraising campaigns with overall marketing strategies, channel approaches, integrated campaign planning, and audience targeting for enhanced engagement and conversion.
• Lead audience modeling and donor segmentation efforts in conjunction with the TECH data science team.
• Manage peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives, fundraising microsites, and digital supporter engagement programs.
• Create, implement, and refine digital fundraising calendars and campaign schedules to support annual fundraising objectives.
• Develop and oversee social media and digital fundraising budgets, including media expenditures, agency partnerships, and performance metrics.
• Construct, test, and enhance donation funnels, landing pages, email journeys, and digital giving experiences to boost donor acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
• Formulate and manage the digital fundraising budget, accounting for agency fees and media expenditures.
• Create digital tools, fundraising materials, and campaign content to assist Individual Giving and peer-to-peer fundraisers.
• Monitor, assess, and report on campaign performance indicators, donor behavior, and digital fundraising trends, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing growth and optimization.
• Track and evaluate performance metrics, delivering insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Technology Fundraising Solutions Manager to enhance digital fundraising platforms, integrations, and emerging revenue prospects.
• Engage with various teams to support segmentation, automation, personalization, and donor journey strategies.
• Assist in storytelling, short-form content creation, and digital fundraising messaging across different channels as required.
• Generate innovative concepts for digital fundraising campaigns, encompassing video and multimedia fundraising content.
• Stay updated on digital fundraising trends, platform advancements, and best practices to continually enhance campaign performance and donor engagement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience with a demonstrated track record in digital fundraising.
• More than 5 years of experience in digital fundraising, email campaigns, social media strategy, and performance evaluation, successfully securing donations exceeding $200,000.
• Proven experience in developing integrated multi-channel digital fundraising campaigns.
• Background in managing external agencies and digital marketing vendors.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, audience modeling, and management of paid social or search campaigns.
• Experience with Salesforce integration and donor retention strategies is preferred.
