This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of overall business performance, focusing on revenue growth, budgeting, forecasting, and meeting financial goals.
• Formulate annual operating plans and long-term business forecasts.
• Track business performance metrics and pinpoint opportunities for growth and enhanced profitability.
• Create executive-level reports, business cases, and suggestions for senior leadership.
• Oversee the daily management and execution of commerce initiatives, ensuring cohesive alignment among business, operational, and technology functions.
• Define business requirements, operating models, and processes that promote successful launches and sustained business performance.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Technology, Customer Service, Finance, and Sales Teams to coordinate efforts and ensure execution aligns with business objectives.
• Establish and track key performance indicators across commercial, operational, and customer experience sectors, communicating performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
• Develop proposals and business cases that support future digital commerce capabilities and opportunities for commercial expansion.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for assigned digital commerce programs, coordinating efforts among Marketing, Technology, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Lead cross-functional governance processes, ensuring alignment on priorities, deliverables, timelines, and business objectives.
• Identify risks, eliminate barriers, and drive issue resolution to sustain execution momentum.
• Provide regular business updates, performance reports, and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Serve as the main business contact for assigned digital commerce programs and related print-to-retail initiatives.
• Work closely with internal Sales teams, who manage retailer relationships, to ensure alignment on priorities, communications, and execution plans.
• Oversee daily interactions with strategic business and technology partners, including gathering requirements, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing program governance.
• Foster communication and alignment among internal and external stakeholders to guarantee successful execution of business objectives.
• Lead the comprehensive execution of assigned digital commerce programs from conception to launch.
• Coordinate activities across functions, ensuring that participating teams are unified on deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and operational readiness requirements.
• Identify risks, escalate issues as needed, and drive resolution to uphold business objectives and launch commitments.
• Establish governance processes, operational rhythms, and executive reporting mechanisms for transparency regarding program performance and key decisions.
• Monitor business, operational, and customer experience performance metrics, collaborating with functional teams to address identified opportunities and risks.
• Utilize data and insights to propose enhancements that improve customer experience and overall business performance.
• Partner with Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams to advance continuous improvement initiatives and ensure business objectives are met.
• Develop and communicate performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in digital commerce, e-commerce, commercialization, product management, business operations, or general management.
• Proven experience in owning business performance and P&L accountability.
• Successful track record in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics.
• Outstanding communication, relationship management, and executive presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across matrixed organizations.
• Experience in leading large-scale initiatives from strategy to execution in fast-paced, evolving environments.
