This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +3 more states.
β’ Implement franchise sales and business development strategies within the designated territory to meet sales and development targets.
β’ Enhance and sustain the distribution of the assigned brand portfolio.
β’ Guide stakeholders through the processes of prospecting, qualifying, structuring, negotiating, and finalizing franchise agreements.
β’ Carry out regional development plans to optimize brand distribution, revenue, fee income, and shareholder value.
β’ Identify, negotiate, and finalize specialized franchise sales agreements in targeted territories and markets.
β’ Conduct research in related industries to pinpoint emerging markets and opportunities.
β’ Generate leads for potential joint ventures and management contracts.
β’ Oversee application and licensing processes in collaboration with Franchise Administration.
β’ Keep track of financial and administrative aspects related to franchise agreements.
β’ Formulate strategies for franchise acquisition and disposition while maintaining annual business plans.
β’ Cultivate relationships with investment groups, financial institutions, insurance firms, asset managers, and investors.
β’ Assess prospective applicants and financial opportunities using market P&Ls, development costs, interest rates, financing options, and operating expenses.
β’ Oversee deals until closing, coordinating financial and legal documentation and resolving any contractual issues.
β’ Finalize deal hand-offs to Asset Management, Owner Relations, and/or Operations.
β’ Proven project management experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale financial and sales initiatives from inception to implementation.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills demonstrated effectively.
β’ Proven skills in business/financial negotiation and the ability to influence and build consensus.
β’ Ability to comprehend financial structures and deal valuation concepts.
β’ Solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies, including client prospecting, new product evaluation, brand positioning, and strategic alignment.
β’ Demonstrated experience in negotiating franchise contracts, from initial prospecting to deal closure.
β’ Knowledge of hotel operations markets, current competitive market trends, and financial feasibility analysis.
β’ Willingness to travel 40%β60% of the time.
β’ Must reside in a metropolitan area in Washington, Idaho, Montana, or Alaska.
β’ Unlimited monthly commissions available under the Development Incentive Plan.
β’ Eligibility for monthly payments under the Development Incentive Plan once management or franchise agreements for projects are executed.
β’ Option for remote work arrangement.
