Director, Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of customer deployment projects for every deal sold at each QTS location.

• Collaborate with the QTS Property Development team and associated specialty consultants to fulfill customer design requirements, pricing, approvals, and implementation of specific deployment scopes.

• Manage the execution of these projects effectively.

• Foster strong client relationships and ensure efficient cost management, aiming to complete projects within the scheduled timeframe and budget.

• Act as the primary point of contact for Federal sales support regarding potential secured deals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant professional licenses in Construction Management or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.

• A minimum of ten years of increasing responsibility in the development of Mission Critical Facilities.

• At least five years of experience managing data center project construction with large-scale data centers or DC lease providers.

• Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
