This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Replicant’s marketing-driven pipeline metrics: Formulate the strategy, implement programs, and allocate budget to achieve consistent growth that aligns with business objectives.
• Create and execute the marketing funnel: Define clear objectives, performance indicators, and reporting mechanisms throughout lead and opportunity phases.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, BDR, and RevOps leadership to synchronize on targets, pipeline predictions, lead scoring, routing, and reporting.
• Establish priorities and mentor the team: Offer strategic direction, set KPIs, and foster accountability for campaign quality, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
• Act as a player-coach: While leading strategically, you are willing to step in and exemplify excellence to help the team enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work alongside Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing teams: Ensure that messaging and campaigns are consistent across all channels and tailored to buyer requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership with over 6 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience and at least 2 years managing cross-functional demand teams (Digital Demand Gen, ABM, and/or Field); preferably within data, AI, or enterprise technology sectors.
• Proven ability to drive quantifiable pipeline growth. You have developed and expanded marketing systems that contribute directly to revenue, not just lead generation.
• Strategic operator and mentor. You are adept at rolling up your sleeves and thriving in a fast-paced startup atmosphere, while also possessing the skills to set a vision, create clarity, and empower teams to execute with accountability and alignment.
• Comprehensive understanding of the entire funnel from awareness to opportunity, including the execution, measurement, and optimization of each phase.
• Analytical and data-savvy. Comfortable analyzing pipeline metrics, Salesforce data, and ROI dashboards to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
• Cooperative, business-oriented marketer. You cultivate trusted relationships with GTM and executive teams, and excel in dynamic, high-growth environments.
