This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of top-of-funnel demand generation with a strong emphasis on leads, MQLs, and pipeline development, particularly focused on new business while also considering expansion opportunities.
• Create and implement a demand generation strategy by continuously identifying gaps within the funnel and proposing, testing, and deploying effective solutions.
• Oversee paid campaigns in conjunction with our agency partners across current channels, while actively exploring and testing new ones, adapting strategies based on data insights.
• Plan and execute field marketing initiatives, including conferences and executive events, aimed at generating pipeline and accelerating ongoing deals.
• Develop and maintain lead and MQL forecasting models to ensure the team has a dependable, data-driven understanding of our status and the levers we can pull.
• Suggest new greenfield opportunities, including novel channels, and conduct pilot tests to confirm performance.
• Manage campaign operations including lead flow, routing logic, and data integrity throughout our marketing operations stack, collaborating closely with Sales and Business Operations.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Background in user or market research with a deep understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) — you know who we are targeting, what they value, and how to effectively reach them.
• Proven success in generating leads, MQLs, and pipeline through a combination of paid programs, field marketing, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Capability to guide direction and outcomes for demand generation, balancing immediate execution with long-term strategic goals.
• Strong analytical skills with a tendency to use data for decision-making, building forecasts accurately, and translating funnel metrics into clear business insights.
• Experience managing paid campaigns through agency collaborations, ensuring partners are held accountable for performance.
• Practical knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools, along with a solid grasp of data flow between these systems.
• A mindset geared towards experimentation; you approach demand generation with curiosity, iterate swiftly, and recognize that not every test will yield positive results.
• Naturally collaborative, with strong relationships across Marketing, Sales, and Business Operations.
• Comfortable in ambiguous situations, able to identify issues, devise a plan to address them, and take action without waiting for complete information.
