This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and enhance the Deal Desk function at Flock.
• Take ownership of the operating model that manages complex and non-standard deals.
• Act as a strategic collaborator with Sales, Finance, Legal, Pricing and Packaging, Systems, and Revenue Operations.
• Design complex deals and establish clear approval guidelines.
• Optimize workflows and SLAs while mentoring a team to function as trusted advisors to the business.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Pricing, or other related commercial areas.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, including building or managing a high-performing operational team.
• Proven success in supporting intricate B2B technology or SaaS deal structures within a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent judgment in balancing revenue growth, pricing discipline, process integrity, and customer results.
• In-depth knowledge of quoting, approvals, contract structure, and the comprehensive quote-to-cash process.
• Strong analytical abilities to utilize data for trend identification, friction diagnosis, and enhanced decision-making.
• Established capability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders without solely relying on formal authority.
• Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to convey complex trade-offs into straightforward recommendations.
• Experience with Salesforce and related commercial systems; CPQ experience is highly preferred.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity while transitioning between strategic design tasks and practical problem-solving.
