This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• You will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the provision of installation, training, support, and customer service related to the software marketed by Siigo S.A.S.
• Generating actions aimed at meeting the needs of clients.
• You will guide solutions to issues that arise with clients, assigning responsibilities and conducting appropriate follow-ups.
• You will provide guidance and assistance in resolving area-specific problems by identifying root causes and generating alternative solutions.
• You will plan and execute activities that enhance the skills of the team.
• You will accompany and provide feedback to your team members to ensure that objectives are met.
• You will motivate and develop your team to achieve exceptional results.
• You hold a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• You have at least 8 years of experience in customer service, with a minimum of 3 years leading teams.
• Experience in call center operations or BPO is a plus.
• You possess an intermediate to advanced level of Excel, along with leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• 100% remote work model from anywhere in Colombia.
