This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Product Algorithms portfolio encompassing Growth, Styling, and Fix & Freestyle.
• Establish strategy and drive quantifiable outcomes in acquisition, engagement, retention, styling quality, Fix, Freestyle, outfitting, and associated commerce experiences.
• Articulate the vision and roadmap for data science, machine learning, AI, experimentation, and product analytics.
• Identify, assess, and enhance modern AI, machine learning, personalization, and experimentation methodologies.
• Enhance planning, prioritization, experimentation practices, product analytics, operational readiness, incident management, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Build and nurture a high-performing team of managers and senior individual contributors.
• Promote technical excellence, product leadership, accountability, and collaborative partnerships.
• Act as the representative for Product Algorithms with executive stakeholders.
• Utilize AI-driven tools such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot to enhance decision-making, productivity, communication, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage experimentation platforms, analytics tools, machine learning infrastructure, and product development systems to steer roadmaps and evaluate business impact.
• Assess and integrate new AI capabilities, technologies, and working methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline; advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in data science, machine learning, experimentation, product analytics, AI, or algorithmic product development.
• More than 5 years of experience leading teams and managing managers or senior technical leaders.
• Proven track record in defining strategy and delivering production machine learning, AI, personalization, or experimentation capabilities that yield measurable product and business results.
• Strong technical fluency in contemporary machine learning, generative AI/LLMs, experimentation methods, product analytics, and production algorithmic systems.
• Experience in creating cross-functional partnerships with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Data Platform, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional skills in strategic thinking, communication, prioritization, problem-solving, and organizational leadership.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or comparable technologies.
• Capability to sit for extended periods, utilize a computer and standard office equipment, and communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
