This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Manage Databricks Unity Catalog and Atlan as the technical and business-oriented foundation for certification, organized by domain.
• Implement ongoing, agent-driven scoring for certified data, featuring a real-time trust score and automated actions.
• Take ownership of executive intelligence reporting regarding the current reliability of Veeam's data.
• Register and regulate AI agents that utilize Veeam's data.
• Utilize agentic tools on a daily basis to enhance productivity.
• Coordinate with business domain and data owners across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR to establish defined standards.
• Develop certified Bronze-to-Silver-to-Gold data pipelines, focusing on each domain.
• Operationalize certification, lineage, continuous scoring, and named ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise data governance, data management, or go-to-market strategies.
• Practical experience managing enterprise data governance in a production environment.
• Proven success in driving a data and AI governance program from inception to completion.
• Familiarity with Databricks Unity Catalog and a business-oriented catalog layer like Atlan.
• Daily usage of Claude, Claude Code, or a similar agent as an essential working tool.
• Capability to establish guidelines for the utilization of AI agents by others.
• Ability to influence the organizational direction and shape decision-making at the senior leadership level as an individual contributor.
• Bonus: Direct experience with v-Power or similar CRM extension platforms within a Sales Operations or Revenue Intelligence framework.
• Bonus: Proven experience in change management.
• Bonus: Expertise in AI asset governance, encompassing model registration, MCP service governance, and access control for agentic systems.
• Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Purview for sensitivity classification in Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Bonus: Experience with SOC 2 Type II audits.
• Bonus: Background in a private equity-backed or pre-IPO technology company.
• Bonus: Familiarity with data mesh, data product operating models, or master data management (MDM).
• Bonus: Contributions to external data platforms, governance, or AI infrastructure, along with knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK frameworks.
