This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Formulate customer strategies for designated strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director for the assigned strategic accounts.
• Liaise with key suppliers to coordinate activities.
• Lead the creation of proposals and presentations.
• Cultivate essential relationships.
• Recognize opportunities within key accounts and facilitate the Company's development of offerings to address those needs.
• Oversee the Strategic Accounts team.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible sales and marketing/supervisory experience is required; 6+ years is preferred.
• A 4-year degree is preferred.
• Proficient in financial analysis methods and techniques.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement techniques and practices.
• Experience using SAP and Excel.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Leadership abilities to effectively manage staff and achieve results through others.
• Capability to think strategically and negotiate effectively.
• Proficient in budgeting.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
