Director, Cybersecurity Operations – Platform Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Cybersecurity Operations & Platform Delivery team at DYOPATH.

• Define the cybersecurity strategy and technological direction for DYOPATH and its clientele.

• Direct the strategy and capabilities for incident response.

• Provide insights to executives and business leaders regarding cybersecurity risks.

• Assess and evaluate emerging technologies in the cybersecurity field.

• Collaborate with the sales team on strategic initiatives and assist in client discussions.

• Advance the DYOGUARD service offerings and future cybersecurity solutions.

• Develop strategic roadmaps and gain support from stakeholders.

• Navigate through uncertainty and instill a sense of accountability.

• Impact technical teams, operational leaders, sales personnel, account managers, and executives.

• Enhance cybersecurity operations, platform strategy, vendor collaborations, service development, and build client trust.

• Cultivate teams, optimize operations, and spearhead cybersecurity growth initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in an MSP, MSSP, consulting, or service-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with incident response processes.

• Capability to balance risk management, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and operational realities.

• Proficiency in conveying complex security issues in straightforward language.

• Experience in leading teams, programs, technologies, initiatives, or significant transformations.

• Skill in evaluating unfamiliar scenarios and determining effective and ineffective aspects.

• Expertise in creating roadmaps and securing stakeholder endorsement.

• Ability to lead amid uncertainty and ensure accountability.

• Skill to influence others without formal authority.

• Competency in resolving intricate problems.

• Openness to providing occasional after-hours support for security incidents or escalations.

• Willingness to travel occasionally based on client and business demands.
