• Establish, nurture, and enhance strong customer relationships to effectively build and sustain valued CxO connections.
• Responsible for driving profitable growth by utilizing a consultative approach alongside Kyndryl Consult.
• Foster new opportunities and value while minimizing erosion in ongoing business and renewals.
• Ensure the profitability of accounts, focusing on improving the operating margin of existing business while achieving profitable growth.
• Identify opportunities, drive them to closure, and expand current engagements into broader scopes and new capabilities.
• Serve as a champion of the Kyndryl culture.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience managing the sales process from start to finish.
• At least 5 years of experience overseeing account P&L of $10M or more.
• Extensive expertise in the Retail/Consumer sector.
• Profound understanding of business and technology trends along with industry best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in revenue growth, cost management, profitability, trends, and risk assessment.
• An open-minded and empathetic approach to customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
