This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Establish, nurture, and enhance strong customer relationships to effectively build and sustain valued CxO connections.
β’ Responsible for driving profitable growth by utilizing a consultative approach alongside Kyndryl Consult.
β’ Foster new opportunities and value while minimizing erosion in ongoing business and renewals.
β’ Ensure the profitability of accounts, focusing on improving the operating margin of existing business while achieving profitable growth.
β’ Identify opportunities, drive them to closure, and expand current engagements into broader scopes and new capabilities.
β’ Serve as a champion of the Kyndryl culture.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience managing the sales process from start to finish.
β’ At least 5 years of experience overseeing account P&L of $10M or more.
β’ Extensive expertise in the Retail/Consumer sector.
β’ Profound understanding of business and technology trends along with industry best practices.
β’ Demonstrated experience in revenue growth, cost management, profitability, trends, and risk assessment.
β’ An open-minded and empathetic approach to customer relationships.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
