β’ Full accountability for managing relationships, fostering account growth, and ensuring profitability.
β’ Establish, nurture, and enhance strong customer connections.
β’ Proactively drive account expansion by focusing on the promotion of new offerings.
β’ Oversee a designated set of Portfolio accounts spanning various industries.
β’ Responsible for lead generation through to closure, driving new scopes and value.
β’ Achieve budget goals, taking ownership of revenue, profit/loss, and growth targets.
β’ Ensure account profitability while leading improvements in operating margins.
β’ Enhance utilization and billability of resources assigned to the account.
β’ Develop in-depth industry knowledge to assist customers in realizing value.
β’ Serve as a representative of the Kyndryl culture.
β’ Work in close coordination with sales team members to guarantee a seamless account management experience.
β’ Over 10 years of experience managing the sales process from start to finish.
β’ At least 5 years of experience overseeing account P&L of $10M or greater.
β’ Extensive experience within the retail and manufacturing sectors.
β’ Profound understanding of business and technology trends as well as industry best practices.
β’ Demonstrated success in revenue growth, cost management, profitability, trends, and risk analysis.
β’ An open-minded and empathetic approach to customer relationships.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
β’ Must be located in the New York or New Jersey areas.
