This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Full accountability for managing relationships, fostering account growth, and ensuring profitability.
• Establish, nurture, and enhance strong customer connections.
• Proactively drive account expansion by focusing on the promotion of new offerings.
• Oversee a designated set of Portfolio accounts spanning various industries.
• Responsible for lead generation through to closure, driving new scopes and value.
• Achieve budget goals, taking ownership of revenue, profit/loss, and growth targets.
• Ensure account profitability while leading improvements in operating margins.
• Enhance utilization and billability of resources assigned to the account.
• Develop in-depth industry knowledge to assist customers in realizing value.
• Serve as a representative of the Kyndryl culture.
• Work in close coordination with sales team members to guarantee a seamless account management experience.
• Over 10 years of experience managing the sales process from start to finish.
• At least 5 years of experience overseeing account P&L of $10M or greater.
• Extensive experience within the retail and manufacturing sectors.
• Profound understanding of business and technology trends as well as industry best practices.
• Demonstrated success in revenue growth, cost management, profitability, trends, and risk analysis.
• An open-minded and empathetic approach to customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
• Must be located in the New York or New Jersey areas.
