This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Accountable for driving profitable growth through a consultative approach and Kyndryl Consult.
β’ Responsible for the entire lead generation process until closure, focusing on new opportunities and value while minimizing erosion in ongoing business and renewals.
β’ Ensure profitability of accounts by improving the operating margin of existing business while fostering profitable growth.
β’ Enhance utilization and billability of resources assigned to their accounts.
β’ Identify opportunities, drive them to closure, and broaden existing projects into larger scopes and new capabilities.
β’ Manage account P&L, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance by acting with integrity.
β’ Work collaboratively with other sales team members to facilitate a seamless account management process.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in managing the sales process from start to finish.
β’ More than 5 years of experience overseeing account P&L of $10M or more.
β’ In-depth understanding of business and technology trends along with industry best practices.
β’ Proven track record in revenue growth, cost management, profitability, trends, and risk assessment.
β’ An open-minded and empathetic approach to building relationships with customers.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50%, with a preference for candidates based in the Midwest, specifically Chicago or Detroit.
