This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead the comprehensive CRM function, focusing on driving activation, engagement, and retention using targeted, data-driven messaging.

• Establish the strategy, execution, and ongoing development of CRM across essential owned channels.

• Manage a high-performing CRM team and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Creative, Social, and Revenue Operations.

• Supervise the planning and execution of CRM campaigns across all owned channels (email, push, SMS, in-app).

• Advance real-time messaging capabilities and enhance effectiveness.

• Oversee the CRM testing roadmap, including strategies for A/B and multivariate testing.

• Work alongside Analytics to define success metrics, evaluate lift, and uncover growth opportunities.

• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing CRM team.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or performance marketing; experience in gaming, DFS, or sports betting is advantageous.

• Proven track record in leading CRM strategy and managing teams at scale.

• Extensive knowledge in segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.

• Strong familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms, with Braze being highly preferred.

• Experience in overseeing a comprehensive CRM tech stack.

• Demonstrated capability in constructing testing roadmaps and promoting data-driven decision-making.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in utilizing data to enhance marketing performance.
