This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the creator PLG strategy from start to finish.
• Establish the annual and quarterly go-to-market (GTM) strategy for creator PLG.
• Outline the entire creator funnel from initial awareness to onboarding.
• Determine the intersection points between PLG and SLG strategies.
• Manage the optimization of conversion rates throughout the creator acquisition process.
• Develop and implement a systematic experimentation program.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to pinpoint growth levers within the product.
• Create and enhance both paid and organic acquisition channels.
• Act as the key growth marketing liaison for Product.
• Work in partnership with the Creator SLG team.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Marketing Operations teams.
• Coordinate efforts with Content and Brand teams.
• Build, oversee, and nurture a high-performing creator PLG team.
• Foster a robust culture of experimentation.
• Recruit individuals with practical experience in PLG, CRO, or growth engineering.
• Establish the measurement framework for PLG relating to creators.
• Create dashboards and set up reporting schedules.
• Present creator PLG performance insights to senior leadership.
• Over 8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or PLG positions.
• Practical experience in executing structured experimentation programs (A/B testing, multivariate testing, CRO).
• Background in a PLG-focused company, developer tools sector, consumer application, or creator economy platform.
• Strong orientation towards data analysis.
• Experience in close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage paid acquisition strategies.
• Proven experience in leading and developing a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing, creator monetization models, or marketplace dynamics.
• Experience with the growth of creator or developer communities.
