This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee the corporate systems portfolio from start to finish

• Lead and develop a dedicated team

• Serve as the technical liaison for the Finance and People organizations

• Manage the Workday and NetSuite ecosystems as if they are products

• Develop the integration layer

• Establish the security and compliance standards for corporate systems

• Act as the executive representative for corporate systems

• At least 10 years of experience in enterprise or business systems

• Extensive operational experience with Workday HCM and NetSuite ERP in a rapidly growing company

• Demonstrated success in managing the infrastructure for essential business processes

• Experience overseeing the corporate systems portfolio through key scaling milestones

• Strong technical expertise in integration patterns, APIs, iPaaS platforms, and modern identity solutions

• Proven history of recruiting, developing, and retaining talented systems engineers and analysts in a remote or distributed setting

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with finance, people, and executive leadership
