Director, Corporate Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Defines and leads corporate strategy initiatives across the organization.

• Takes on a leadership role in IT, clinical, and business initiatives within the Practice.

• Initiates and oversees high-priority strategic projects.

• Develops and manages innovation partnerships (e.g., Pharma, AI, data, etc.).

• Conducts quantitative analyses of initiatives to identify profitability opportunities.

• Provides both short-term and long-term strategic recommendations to leadership teams.

• Engages in special projects, including board strategy sessions and internal market development.

• Fosters communication and collaboration among team members to strengthen departmental unity.

• Oversees performance guidance for direct reports concerning coaching and career development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with an MBA being highly desirable.

• At least 5 years of comprehensive experience in healthcare operations.

• 3-4 years of consulting experience at a prestigious management consulting firm.

• Relevant industry experience in healthcare and/or life sciences.

• Familiarity with healthcare technology (EMR/EHR, PACs imaging, payment tech, etc.).

• Focused on projects related to growth strategy and operations.

• Capable of identifying issues and developing strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks for analysis.

• Proficient in managing complex quantitative analyses with precision.

• Expertise in MS Excel.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong leadership abilities.
