This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +23 more states.
• Spearheading territory strategy to focus on, target, generate, and finalize new and expansion opportunities
• Cultivating a comprehensive understanding of InStride's offerings and the competitive environment
• Utilizing business insight and strategic thought to articulate a clear value proposition
• Establishing relationships and securing buy-in from potential partners through a consultative approach
• Working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders during the sales process
• Effectively communicating and influencing executive and C-level leaders
• Keeping accurate and timely records of partner interactions, pipeline, and forecast data in Salesforce
• Traveling as required
• At least 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or corporate partnerships
• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or surpassing quotas
• Proficient in consultative and value-driven selling techniques
• Skilled at managing complex scenarios—both within the organization and externally
• Highly empathetic, with a true passion for connecting with various groups of stakeholders
• Experienced in working with internal teams to formulate and implement account strategies
• Motivated by a dedication to excellence in the sales profession
• Comfortable with uncertainty in a startup context
