📋 Description

• Spearhead the advancement of a high-performing, insight-driven global Corporate Affairs function.

• Collaborate with the Head of Global Corporate Affairs Strategy, Analytics & Insights to transform strategy into actionable execution.

• Oversee strategic planning processes, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP).

• Manage the Corporate Affairs Impact Intelligence framework across various regions and functions.

• Align Corporate Affairs objectives and deliverables with enterprise-wide initiatives and cross-functional planning cycles.

• Oversee key milestones and governance touchpoints.

• Direct the implementation of the Corporate Affairs AI roadmap.

• Lead the Corporate Affairs AI Task Force.

• Standardize and expand AI-enabled workflows, tools, prompts, and best practices on a global scale.

• Establish frameworks for AI measurement, governance, and performance.

• Propel the integration of data, workflows, measurement systems, and feedback loops to facilitate automated insights and scenario planning.

• Convert qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.

• Prepare and present insight-driven briefings and reports for leadership and senior executives.

• Gather intelligence on stakeholder perceptions, emerging issues, and the effectiveness of communications.

• Define and enhance KPIs and success metrics that link Corporate Affairs activities to business impact.

• Support global Corporate Affairs performance reporting and strategic storytelling.

• Establish regular business reviews and leadership updates.

• Manage operational workstreams of key partners in the LMIC patient access program.

• Integrate data-driven storytelling into thought leadership and reputation management.

• Operationalize strategic initiatives, process enhancements, capability developments, and change adoption.

• Connect regions and workstreams to promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and consistency.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Corporate Affairs, Communications, Public Affairs, Patient Advocacy, or similar roles within the biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sectors.

• Proven experience supporting global or multi-regional organizations.

• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise transformation initiatives involving AI, analytics, and emerging technologies.

• Capacity to assess emerging AI tools and translate them into scalable capabilities, processes, and operational methodologies.

• Strong history of driving technology adoption through governance, change management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience in designing and leading enterprise measurement frameworks, operating models, strategic planning processes, or organizational transformation initiatives.

• Deep understanding of external stakeholder, policy, regulatory, and reputational landscapes affecting global biopharmaceutical companies.

• Ability to influence senior executives and foster alignment across complex organizational structures.

• Experience presenting to executive leadership teams and contributing to Board-level reporting and strategic discussions.

• Skilled in managing operational and financial processes, including annual planning, forecasting, governance, resource allocation, and budget management.

• Familiarity with digital analytics tools, visualization platforms such as Power BI and Tableau, and AI-enabled insights.

• Bachelor's Degree is required.

• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
