• Collaborate with hotel DOSMs to achieve topline revenue objectives by setting and meeting annual revenue targets across various market segments.
• Conduct strategic market analyses by tracking supply and demand trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to enhance revenue strategies.
• Generate new business opportunities through outside sales calls, hotel tours, and client engagements, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
• Develop and sustain relationships with both new and existing clients, recognizing their evolving needs and guaranteeing satisfaction.
• Advocate for brand initiatives and execute national sales programs to boost visibility and market share.
• Ensure sales data integrity and reporting by utilizing sales tools to track, forecast, and document performance accurately within brand systems.
• Create booking and performance reports to assist management in decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
• Effectively communicate with property DOSMs and stakeholders to align objectives and ensure owner satisfaction.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Business Transient, Government, TMC, and Consortia Markets, preferably within an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
• At least 3 years of experience and training in TravelClick and/or Kalibri Labs for customer intelligence and sales initiatives with demonstrated success.
• Intermediate to proficient knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, as well as Delphi, Opera, and Tableau is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality/Hotel, or a related field is preferred.
• Capability to handle multiple projects, manage time effectively, be resourceful, and implement feedback successfully.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated independent worker who thrives in a dynamic setting.
