Director – Consultant Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with consulting contacts in your designated region to create new growth opportunities for Hello Heart.

• Work collaboratively with key divisions at Hello Heart (sales, channel partnerships, medical affairs, marketing) to enhance opportunities with prospective clients through our pipeline.

• Organize and take part in events with major consulting firm offices in your assigned area to expand your network and increase awareness of Hello Heart; utilize the expertise and resources of our internal Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Channel Partners teams to ensure successful events.

• Create and implement a national strategy for a designated portfolio of Consulting Houses; this includes building national relationships, forming strategic partnerships, encouraging participation in consulting vendor programs (e.g., Mercer VIP), and responding to consultant-sourced RFIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Benefits Consulting and/or Consulting Relations.

• Experience in a consulting or brokerage firm is highly preferred.

• Established relationships with and understanding of firms such as Mercer, Aon, WTW, Alliant, Segal, Gallagher, and Lockton is essential.

• Familiarity with a digital health solution, ideally in a start-up setting.

• Exceptional presentation skills, strong writing capabilities, and professional demeanor.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology and tools effectively.

• Skilled in social selling and networking.

• A proactive individual, motivated to work in a growing company and assist teams in selling a solution that delivers quick results and has the potential to save lives.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.

• Candidates for this position must be located in the Midwest.
