Director – Consultant Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and manage relationships with consulting contacts in your designated region to create new growth opportunities for Hello Heart.

• Work collaboratively with essential teams at Hello Heart (sales, channel partnerships, medical affairs, marketing) to enhance opportunities with potential clients through our pipeline.

• Organize and engage in events with major consulting firm offices in your assigned area to expand your network and increase awareness of Hello Heart; utilize the expertise and resources of our internal Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Channel Partners teams to ensure the success of these events.

• Create and implement a national strategy for a designated portfolio of Consulting Houses; this includes fostering national relationships, forming strategic partnerships, promoting participation in consulting vendor programs (e.g., Mercer VIP), and addressing consultant-sourced RFIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Benefits Consulting and/or Consulting Relations.

• Prior experience at a consulting or brokerage firm is highly preferred.

• Established relationships with and knowledge of firms such as Mercer, Aon, WTW, Alliant, Segal, Gallagher, and Lockton are essential.

• Familiarity with a digital health solution, ideally in a start-up context.

• Exceptional poise and presentation abilities, along with strong writing skills.

• Experience in utilizing technology and tools effectively.

• Proficient in social selling and networking.

• A "go-getter" mindset, motivated to work in a dynamic company and assist teams in selling a solution that delivers rapid results and has the potential to save lives.

• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.

• Candidates must be located in the Midwest for this position.
