This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establish senior-level business and technology relationships with energy clients and Kyndryl account teams.
• Drive consultative sales efforts and influence client strategies.
• Utilize established relationships to create opportunities and develop a robust pipeline.
• Initiate, cultivate, and finalize new business that aligns with C-suite priorities.
• Collaborate with account leadership on strategic account planning.
• Provide thought leadership in industry and technical matters.
• Organize and mentor teams involved in pursuit and delivery efforts.
• Demonstrated success in IT consulting, ideally with a leading global firm.
• Over 10 years of experience in oil & gas consulting and technology services sales.
• Strong learning agility and curiosity about the industry.
• Proven experience in delivering workshops, assessments, strategies, roadmaps, designs, and deployment plans.
• Executive presence coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, economics, engineering, computer science).
• A Master’s degree in a related discipline or an MBA is preferred.
