This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for leading and developing teams that manage relationships with key commercial clients to meet sales and revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with national clients to identify their requirements and develop tailored solutions, negotiate contracts and pricing, and provide continuous support.
• Organize resources and ensure that the needs of commercial customers are fulfilled.
• Drive sales initiatives to meet budgetary targets, achieving monthly booking objectives and hotel revenue standards for the designated Market Segment.
• Pursue new and existing accounts to meet or surpass goals through telephone outreach, external sales visits, site evaluations, and written correspondence.
• Engage in daily business review sessions, pre-convention meetings, training, and other sales-related gatherings.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
• Master's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in enterprise-level account management.
• 5-10 years of leadership and management experience.
