This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Act as the leader in commercial analytics, converting business strategies into measurable indicators and performance dashboards across Sales, Market Access, and Patient Services.
• Gather, analyze, and integrate various data sources to produce cohesive insights and narratives suitable for executive-level presentation.
• Track execution metrics and proactively spot trends, risks, and opportunities within the commercial organization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial Leadership, Finance, Market Access, Patient Services, and other essential stakeholders to ensure cohesion between strategy, performance measurement, and execution.
• Work alongside Finance to aid in forecasting processes by delivering commercial insights and contextual interpretations of performance drivers; while not directly managing forecasting, ensure alignment between field execution and forecast assumptions.
• Create and enhance commercial reporting frameworks to boost clarity, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
• Assess patient services and patient journey data to provide insights that enhance access, pull-through, and overall patient experience.
• Establish data governance standards and best practices to maintain data integrity and consistency across commercial functions.
• Assist with launch preparedness and post-launch performance monitoring for rare disease products.
• Deliver insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and engaging manner.
• Identify opportunities to optimize analytics processes while maximizing impact within a streamlined operating structure.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, commercial operations, or business analytics within biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Experience in rare disease commercial operations is mandatory.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a high-growth biotech or specialty pharmaceutical setting.
• Experience in supporting commercial launch activities and the post-launch optimization phase is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with collaborating closely with Finance on forecasting inputs and performance analytics is preferred.
• Experience analyzing patient services data and patient access metrics is advantageous.
• Must be adaptable and capable of managing priorities in a dynamic and swiftly changing business environment.
